The agreement between you and Capylift.

By creating an account or using Capylift you agree to these terms. If you are using the app on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept on its behalf.

The app generates training plans and form feedback from sensor data and your stated goals. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any medical condition. Consult a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, injured, or managing a heart, joint or metabolic condition.

Form feedback is guidance, not supervision. You are responsible for the loads you select, the environment you train in, and stopping when something hurts. Capylift is not liable for injury arising from exercise you choose to perform.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, scrape it, resell access, or submit content that is unlawful or abusive. We may suspend accounts that do, and remove content that breaches this clause.

Free features remain free. Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase until cancelled, and are billed by the app store you bought through. Cancel any time from your store account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the store’s policy.

You keep ownership of what you create — logged sessions and notes. You grant us only the licence needed to store it and show it back to you across your devices.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we may retire ones that are not working. Material changes to these terms are announced in the app before they take effect.

To the extent permitted by law, Capylift is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
