What we collect, and what never leaves your phone.

Account details you give us (name, email, sign-in method), the profile figures used to size your plan (age, sex, height, weight), everything you log while training, and the numeric output of form check. If you connect a service like Apple Health or Garmin we also receive the metrics you authorise there.

Video or images of you. Form check reads the camera feed live on your device and writes nothing to disk — no recording is made, so no footage exists to upload, share or leak. There is no setting that changes this.

To build and adjust your plan, to score your form, to run streaks and awards, and to keep your history available across your devices. Your coach reasons over this data — without it the app cannot personalise anything.

Nobody outside the service. We use processors for hosting, crash reporting and email delivery, each bound to handle data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

For as long as your account exists. Deleting your account erases your training history and form-check results. Backups age out within thirty days. Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.

Export everything we hold from Settings, then Data. Delete your account from the same place. You can disconnect any connected app at any time, and turning off pose detection stops form check entirely without affecting the rest of the app.

Capylift is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, write to privacy@capylift.app and we will remove it.
